When a customer engages Full Fusion on a project, a deposit will be requested when necessary. Incremental billing will be submitted as the project dictates. Final billing will be submitted when the services are completed to Customer's satisfaction and final approval. Any deficiency or defect in the project deliverables found within 6 months of Customer's approval and project completion will be fixed at no extra cost. Deficiencies or defects herein are defined as those items not meeting the requirements as specified in the project scope and defined deliverables as agreed by Full Fusion and Customer.
